Part # 115 270 00 80 is a new old stock transmission service/repair kit for some W114/115 models. My interchange reference book shows some specific models but other sites show a wider model range.

The part number was later updated to 1152702001 according to MB OEM. Condition: This kit is new old stock from the 80's.

It has been stored in a climate controlled environment and appears to still be sealed. I'm still unpacking a large collection of Mercedes-Benz parts, including some rare new old stock, as well as some pre-owned parts in good, tested condition.
